That error comes from the Xinha wysiwyg editor, not from Scoop  
itself. Xinha is not a standard part of Scoop, so I actually doubt  
this is the best place for support for it. But you might check out  
http://xinha.webfactional.com/ and see if there's a newer Xinha  
version you could grab or if they have any advice for (incorrectly  
identified?) older browsers.

I suspect the answer is either upgrade the browser or disable the  
wysiwyg for that editor. And I second Cory's suggestion that  
upgrading the browser is the way to go, for security reasons as well  
as this problem.
