Hello Jerome, Have you hovered around in the source code for that error message? Does this person have some crazy addin installed that might be mucking around with the javascript client side; say greasemonkey? > .... "Firefox/1.5.0.10" "Firefox 1.5 is no longer supported and the last update, Firefox 1.5.0.12, is affected by several vulnerabilities fixed in newer versions of the program. All users are urged to upgrade to the newest version of Firefox." http://www.mozilla.org/projects/security/known-vulnerabilities.html#firefox1 .5.0.12 Sadly, I suspect the answer is either have the person upgrade their browser or spend a while figuring out if it a browser bug, a scoop bug, or a bug in the editor. :-( If you do go the debugging route, have the guy install firebug (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1843) and make sure it is enabled while he reproduces the bug. Firebug will hopefully produce some big fat red error messages in its debug console when it runs the miscreant javascript. Failing that, get the "HTML validator" addin (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/249) on his browser and have it validate the *generated* HTML on the page, which is not to be confused with the "view source" method that only validates the original page. It is a long shot, but there could be a little bit of screwy HTML that the JavaScript is generating (say a missing </p> or something) that everybody else doesn't choke on. BTW, have you tried to repro this using the exact same browser version? http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/releases/1.5.0.10.html Good Luck! Honestly, unless the user has some stone-age IT department that maintains this computer, the cost effective route is just telling him or her "there are major security bugs in that version of firefox, time to upgrade pal." > Please note our new address: 710 Second Ave. Suite 860 | Seattle, WA > 98104 ...A block further from Mai Phim.
