There is a variable called site_name and site_url and a block template
called "new_user_email" - You may want to verify that you have the right
information in those 2 variables inside the Site Controls. My template is
calling |url| but I don't remember where that variable is set. Not exactly a
complete answer, but maybe will help you find the path.
