Nic, The vast majority of Scoop sites are deployed at the document root so I wouldn't be surprised if there are various places where the |rootdir| key replacement is not included. In virtually all those cases, it's just a function of making adjustments to the blocks included in the default database. In this case, every tag URL is constructed using blocks defined here: http://scoop.morris.umn.edu/scoop/admin/blocks/multi/default/Tags In the particular example you cited, the 'all tags' link is defined and can be adjusted here: http://scoop.morris.umn.edu/scoop/admin/blocks/edit/default/tag_list_format and http://scoop.morris.umn.edu/scoop/admin/blocks/edit/default/tag_item_format In reviewing these URLs as I compose this, I see that |rootdir| is included in my default database. It's possible that this correction has already been made in more recent code in the CVS repository. In any case, adding |rootdir| to the URLs in those blocks should get the job done for you.
