[Scoop-help] Immediate publishing

[Jerry Schwartz]

I found story_displaystatus_select, which shows a dropdown for the story
status just like an administrator would have. Then I got an error about not
having permission to change a section, which I need to look into (unless the
post that just came in has another way to do it).
