Chris, In Apache 1.3x, one apache handler is selected to process each request. Scoop itself is a handler which precludes use of another handler for delivery of pages. That said, Scoop does facilitate a mechanism for includes of sorts using the Macro mechanism. Take a look at http://gristmill.grist.org/admin/macros and http://scoop.kuro5hin.org/guide/A_20_Macros.html The concept is, a macro can be inserted into a story, which causes a box to be executed at that location. In your case, you'll want to put together a macro around a box which lists all stories in a given topic, or mor simply you could create a macro which inserts a block containing your story list.
