[Scoop-help] Truncating long URLs

Just FYI, if someone replies to you off list, it's considered bad
nettiquette to reply back to the list with their message.

Things that site-scrape for information, rather than following the tags,
will break from this. That's just one example. Not all breakage is that
important, however.
