1)  How can I get rid of editorial comments altogether.  I don't know
how people make editorial comments in the first place, because writers
are not prompted to select comment type.  Despite this, some comments
are randomly designated editorial, and then user (with user status) who
just posted them, can't see them.

2) How do I keep comments from defaulting the diary title into the
comment title?

Our blog editor informed me that there might be an option in Scoop that
truncates long URLs so they don't increase column width and muck up a

If so, how does one do this? I can't seem to find it in "site controls"
and
"wrap_long_lines" doesn't seem to apply to URLs.
