I'm finally kicking myself back into getting some scoop work done, after a couple months or so of laziness (I really don't remember how long its been). Hopefully I can get several bugs fixed this weekend. As for the stuff you typed up, the CVS stuff looks fine, and those are the kind of things I think we need to be looking at right now. We've got more developers now, and we're trying to get Scoop to release level. Besides a policy for using CVS, we also need to get bug tracking in place, as the influx of bug reports from janra's documenting shows. Right now, the bugs to fix are in one big list which I posted on scoop.k5, and after the release we need to put some sort of tracking in place. The only other point I want to comment on right now is the feature freeze. It may not have worked out so far, but we're not abandoning it. Scoop is still in feature freeze leading up to a 1.0 release, and there are plenty of bugs to work on. Any developers working on new features, put them on hold, they don't matter right now. They can't be checked in until the release, and the release isn't going to happen until these bugs are fixed, so just go ahead and tackle some bugs. The list is at http://scoop.kuro5hin.org/story/2003/11/17/14216/779, and I'll update it later tonight after I checkin the fixes I've been working on. I've got some to remove and some others to add. If you do fix any of them, cross it off the list (assuming you have scoop.k5 editor status), or let someone like me know that it's fixed.
