Yup, 1.0 is more or less closed except for bugfix type stuff. If you'll look at some of the commit messages lately, though, stuff's been starting to go into CURRENT finally. Have you checked out a copy of scoop-CURRENT yet? If you haven't, do so (I posted instructions how to do so somewhere around here), and start fitting your stuff in.
