Brief Outline in no particular order:

1)  Plugin support including a plugin installer & plugin package
specifications

2)  A logical way of supporting CSS complete with API

3)  A cascading menu system - needs some refinement

4)  A better theme/block editor - needs some refinement & better
integration.  The block editor is quiet cool though.

I just might do the whole patch thing for now.
