Thank you for the explanation.  My eyes saw 2003 where they should have
seen 2001.  Such is the strength of my long-standing desire.

Once I can use Postgres with scoop I will be very happy.  I also like
the current comment rating scheme where everyone can see zero ratings,
etc.  Are you saying that scoop has a bunch of separate knobs one can
tweak to get the current Kuro5hin setup, but also to duplicate the
original mojo setup, without altering anything at the code level?
